09.01.2025: Stallkamp presents the new ‘SepaLift’ separator.

Stallkamp's SepaLift technology is based on two press screw separators that use screens to separate solids and liquids and achieve different dry matter contents. The central feature of this model is the new developed, transportable frame, which makes it ideal for mobile use.

The stable frame concept allows the SepaLift to be moved quickly and easily between different locations. Thanks to the integrated transport options, such as a three-point hitch or forklift pockets, the separator can be easily attached to agricultural vehicles or machines, ensuring that the separation takes place exactly where it is needed.

The transportable frame offers a solid construction that ensures easy handling and storage. At the same time, the two PSS 2.2-400 ensure that the separator works reliably even under demanding conditions.

The SepaLift impresses with a throughput capacity of up to 40 m², depending on the medium and modell. With a weight of around 2,200 kg, a length of 2.9 m and a width of 2 m, it is characterised by its compact dimensions and high performance.

With the SepaLift, Stallkamp has opted for a mobile and flexible solution that helps farms to process liquid manure economically and sustainably and to optimise the use of organic resources.
